个人简介

长期从事新材料、新形态电子器件的制备与应用。主要研究方向为氧化物器件和生物电子器件,特别是基于无衬底薄膜(freestanding film、freestanding membrane)的单晶多材料多功能集成器件、柔性器件、可生物降解器件,涵盖包括材料生长、物性表征、器件制备、实际应用的整套技术体系。具体器件包括铁电非易失存储器件、磁性器件、可降解光电器件、无线生物传感器等。相关工作发表于Nature Materials, Advanced Materials等学术期刊上,受到了Nature Electronics、Advanced Materials等期刊中综述文章的高度评价;发明的单晶无衬底氧化物薄膜工艺及应用也受到学界的广泛关注,被Nature、Science等期刊中的论文多次发展并使用。
